Wish Cards ("the app") is a free tool for making greeting cards, business cards, letters, certificates and CVs. This page explains what information is collected when you use it.
What stays on your device
Everything you type or upload while making a design, occasion text, names, phone numbers, photos, logos, signature images, CV content, stays in your browser. It is drawn onto the card on your device and is never uploaded to any server.
"My Designs"
If you tap Save, the design is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device, so you can come back and edit it later. It is not sent anywhere, is not visible to anyone else, and is removed if you clear your browser's site data or use Delete inside the app.
Analytics
The app uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages are used. This is privacy-friendly analytics: it does not use tracking cookies and does not collect or store your name, email, IP address, or any personal identifiers. It only counts visits and basic technical details like browser type and country.
QR codes
If you generate a QR code for a business card, the text you enter (such as a phone number or website) is sent to a third-party QR-generating service (api.qrserver.com) in order to create the image. No other information is sent. You can avoid this entirely by uploading your own QR code image instead.
Advertising
This app may show ads in the future, served by an ad network such as Google AdSense. If and when ads are added, this section will be updated to say what data the ad provider collects (typically advertising cookies and device information, used to show relevant ads) and how to opt out where possible. No ad code is active on the app today.
No account, no sign-up
Wish Cards does not require creating an account, logging in, or providing an email address to use any of its features.
Children
This app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If how the app handles information changes (for example, when ads are added), this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
